1. Rental Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: To rent outfits from the Outfit Rental Shop, you must be at least 18 years old.
  • Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhar, Passport, Driver’s License) is required at the time of rental to verify your identity.
  • Rental Approval: All rentals are subject to approval based on outfit availability and your agreement to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Outfit Rental Shop offer: Rent 2, Get 1 Free

  • Offer Overview: Customers who rent 2 outfits from the same category are eligible to rent a third outfit in that category for free.
  • Deposit Requirement: To avail of this offer, a refundable security deposit is required for all three outfits, including the free one. The deposit amount varies based on the value of the outfits rented.
  • Free Outfit Conditions: The free outfit must be of equal or lesser value than the rented outfits. The offer is only valid within the same category (e.g., traditional wear, western wear, bridal wear).

3. Security Deposit and Refunds

  • Security Deposit: A security deposit is mandatory for all rentals, including those under the promotional offer. This deposit serves as a guarantee against potential damages, late returns, or non-returns.
  • Refund Process: Upon the return of the outfits in their original condition and within the agreed rental period, the security deposit will be refunded. Refunds are typically processed once the outfits are returned and inspected or within 5 business days thereafter.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where late fees or damage charges are applicable, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit before the refund is processed.

4. Rental Period

  • Standard Rental Period: The rental period for each outfit is specified at the time of rental. If you need an extension, please contact us to check availability and additional charges.
  • Late Returns: If outfits are returned after the agreed rental period without prior notice, a late fee will be charged per day of delay. This fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

5. Rental Outfits Condition and Responsibility

  • Pre-Rental Inspection: All outfits undergo a thorough inspection before being rented out to ensure they are in excellent condition.
  • Customer Responsibility: As a renter, you are responsible for the care and maintenance of the outfits during the rental period. Avoid exposing the outfits to stains, tears, or any other potential damages.
  • Damage Charges: If an outfit is returned with major damage (e.g., significant tears, stains, missing embellishments), repair or replacement costs will be assessed and deducted from your deposit. If these costs exceed the deposit, you are required to pay the difference.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Professional Cleaning: Outfit Rental Shop handles all cleaning and maintenance of outfits. Customers are advised not to attempt any cleaning or alterations on their own.
  • Additional Charges: If an outfit requires special cleaning due to misuse or exposure to harmful substances (e.g., food, makeup, smoke), additional charges may apply.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental period begins are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds: Refunds for cancellations or deposit returns are processed once the outfits are returned and inspected, or within 5 business days thereafter. Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Full payment, including the security deposit, must be made before the rental period begins.
  • Outstanding Balances: Any additional charges due to late returns or damages must be settled before the deposit refund is processed. Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in legal action.

4. How do I cancel my rental?

5. How long does it take to receive my deposit refund?
